This ensures that you will only be making one application, over an extended period of time a brief annual update to maintain ongoing support will be all that is required.

Your current funder is fully committed and will not advance additional finance

If you use one lender regularly then it could be that they will be unable to give you any more finance due to being fully commited already. Whilst at Sterling, we are independent of any one funder and are therefore uniquely placed to meet the needs of high users. Not being tied to any single funder, we can generally find alternative additional funders to support your business. To reassure, this will only require one application from you and it can save you valuable time and trouble. Spreading your debt across a number of funders, may prove invaluable in the future.
