VAT/PAYE Arrears
We can arrange a short term moratorium (legally authorized postponement) on the PAYE / VAT in order to prepare a report to the crown and obtain a repayment profile that fits with the business cash flow.
Phoenix Businesses
Use our expertise: In many circumstances, we assist the directors of the troubled business through a "pheonix". A 'Phoenix Company' where assets of one Limited Company are transferred to another legal company. In other words a new business commences from the failure of a previous business, the business and assets are purchased from an Insolvency Practitioner. Often some or all directors of the old company retain their position in the new company unless they: Have a Disqualication Order, Are adjudged as bankrupt or have Bankruptcy restrictions.

PrePack Finance
A pre-packaged sale of the business (or pre pack as they are more commonly referred to) is a process whereby a sale of the business and assets of the floundering company is agreed with a pheonix company. Often this is set up and managed by the existing directors and/or management team, prior to the appointment of an Administrative Receiver or Liquidator.

We work regulary with Banks and Factoring Companies to assist with outplacing accounts, that no longer conform to your requirements.
