Recovery Finance

As Business Finance Brokers we receive regular requests to assist with raising finance to enable businesses and / or assets to be acquired from an Administrator, Administrative Receiver or Liquidator. This can be for a non-connected party, or for an existing management team under a "pre-pack" arrangement.

We have many contacts and can source funders who have an appetite for lending within the "non status" asset finance, factoring and business mortgages side of business. We can either act as "brokers" for the purchasers or advise and assist the acquirer(s) directly.

In many cases we can replace the obligatory funder in order to buy time to implement a recovery plan and to put a more appropriate funding package in place to assist recovery.
