Development Finance Criteria

  • Loan Size £100,000 - £5 million
  • Term Up to 24 months
  • LTV 60% of Land/ Site valuation
  • 100% of build costs
  • Valuation Lender’s surveyor / valuer will monitor costs, timetable and cashflow.
  • Stage payments are usually released on monthly certification.
  • Site Sites to have planning in place before drawdown
  • As a guide, projects should show a minimum of 25% profit on cost.
