Sales Ledger Finance is an extremely flexible form of uk cash flow finance, which grows in line with the growth of the business.

A business forwards invoices to the Sales Ledger Finance company who will then advance up to 90% of the invoice value. Often additional funding can also be provided to a business in order cover VAT "spikes" in cash flow or even stock purchases.

The Sales Ledger Finance company would also manage the sales ledger, they would issue statements, chase the debts and collect payments from your customers. Should your business also require it, bad debt protection is available.

Invoice Discounting

An Invoice Discounting facility generates funding against the sales ledger in much the same way as factoring. The main difference is that the company retains responsibility for chasing their own ledger.
This type of facility is available to companies that have excellent audit trails, and can demonstrate the ability to collect the debt in-house.
